Got in very late because of weather front desk was ready with a smile and checked us in very fast checked on us throughout the stay they always made you feel like you were most important !!!

The staff were truly lovely and looked after me. The restaurant for breakfast was great together with the free coffee in the lobby in the mornings. DInner outside in the evening was a real treat.

Great history and location.
As I've been to this hotel many times, I liked that they have renovated many areas and the rooms. It has been 9 years since my last visit and now it feels more comfortable.

Spent 3 nights at this hotel before a cruise. Staff, food, location, and our room were all excellent. A special shout to Rosario, our server for breakfast each morning. We recommend this hotel!

Locatie is perfect
Beautiful art deco hotel. Tastefully restored and maintained. Friendly and helpful staff, awesome location a few steps from the beach. Very pleasant outdoor and indoor restaurant and bar options with old school charm: white linen table cloths, Deco table lighting, live music at a volume that permits conversation, lovely orchids and wall art, high ceilings :-) We had a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I can definitely recommend it.

Most of the staff was good except day receptionist who is a grouch. Giulio the night receptionist is a gem however. The location was excellent, the restaurant is good. It was clean and proper.

Beautiful hotel superbly located on the iconic South Beach art deco area. Excellent quality in house restaurant and super helpful staff.
